Wilhemina Ngcobo started her career with South 32, former BHP Billiton in 2004 where she gained extensive mining experience in both Production Planning and Production Execution. She has gone through the ranks of being a Miner to Mine Manager in different South 32 Operations. In 2017, she joined Assmang Khumani Mine as Operations Manager, and was transferred to Blackrock Underground Mine Operation in 2021. Wilhemina was nominated as one of the Top 100 Inspirational Women in Mining in the World, 2018.
